Sean Stewart is being sued again for assault, this is twice in three months.  How can the son of ladies man Rod Stewart be sued for assault?  Daniel Refoua is the party suing for assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress that happened in January.  Sounds like what happened in April, a completely unrelated incident, when Tobalus and Ericka Stein filed a civil lawsuit, citing similar reasons.  At least in this new case he wasn’t throwing bricks at him while he was in a car.

Bounty hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman and two from his team may have had the Mexican charges dropped.   They where charged when they captured convicted serial rapist Andrew Luster in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  The group was jailed as bounty hunting is against the law in Mexico.

A Tim McGraw fan got a bit to grabby at a concert in Lafayette, Louisiana. I bet that was the highlight of the concert for them, until Mrs. McGraw, Faith Hill, started berating them.  It’s funny how it is usually the wife telling others to leave their husbands below the belt region alone and how it’s not the husband saying anything? Faith Hill can be heard saying, “You don’t go grabbin’ somebody else’s — somebody’s husband’s balls, you understand me? That’s very disrespectful. Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend.”

Lane Garrison has made a PSA over drinking and driving and just how dangerous it is.  He will be facing just how deadly it is.  On August 2 Garrison will learn his sentencing.  He has plead guilty to a felony DUI with bodily injury, vehicular manslaughter, and one misdemeanor count of providing alcohol to a minor.

Eddie Murphy has asked Tracey Edmonds to marry him.  He presented her with a large yellow diamond engagement ring. Let’s hope they last and what happened to Melanie Brown doesn’t happen to her.  We don’t want another comment like what happened on the Dutch TV show “Jensen”.  That doesn’t make anyone look good.

Usher’s guests are looking not happy at either the wedding being called off or the gifts they purchased. The couple had registered at high-end stores for wedding gifts. Is that really necessary? Doesn’t he already have just about everything? Shouldn’t the guests be donating to a charity of his choice, like at just about every other celebrity wedding? Maybe they want to have a yard sale like Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott did? I guess there is going to be alot of “U-Turn”ing of gifts. Hope they kept their receipt!

Is the wedding really off or is this just a ploy to throw the media off?  Maybe they secretly married already?  I’m sure more information will come to light as to what went down.  There has not been any news if the couple are still a couple even.  The only statement given by his publists was, “No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”

 Harold Perrineau known as Michael from “Lost” is expected to make a return to the show. It has not been said what his character will be up to and whether or not his son Walt, Malcolm David Kelley, will appear as well. Michael and Walt where last seen on the show betraying his friends and leaving the island with one of the “Others ” boat. The show is set to return for it’s 4th season in January.
